PharmaSelf24™

Secure infrastructure for 24/7 prescription collection. Dispensing is completed and supply is approved by the pharmacist before placement — no dispensing, no selection, and no supply occurs at the point of collection.

Configurations

Compact

Designed for pharmacies with limited footprint. Holds approximately 90 prescriptions in a rotating drum mechanism. Ideal for single-location deployments.

Multi

Higher-capacity configuration for busier pharmacies. Supports greater script volume with 170 managed prescription slots and extended collection windows. Available in external wall-mount format. Slightly larger than the Compact but double the capacity.

Dispensed prescriptions, authorised for supply by the pharmacist, are placed into a secure tote for loading into the PharmaSelf24™ system.

PIN-Secured Collection

Patient receives an SMS with a unique PIN once their prescription is ready. They enter the PIN at the unit — the system retrieves and delivers their prescription securely, at any hour.

SMS Notification

Patient is notified by SMS when their prescription is loaded and ready for collection.

Unique PIN

Each collection is secured by a patient-specific PIN, ensuring the right prescription reaches the right person.

24/7 Access

Patients collect at their convenience — before opening, after closing, or at any time the pharmacy is unstaffed.

Pharmacist Remains in Control

Every prescription is dispensed and authorised for supply by the pharmacist before loading. Collection is the final step in a pharmacist-controlled chain.

Deployment model

MedyBOX™ is installed externally or in a pharmacy vestibule, allowing patient access outside standard trading hours. The pharmacist retains full control over product selection, pricing, and stock management.

With over 4,000 installations globally, MedyBOX™ is a proven retail access model now being introduced to the Australian market through the Med-ID framework.
