MedyBOX™ provides 24/7 access to pharmacist-curated, non-scheduled health and wellness retail products. The pharmacist selects and stocks the product range. Patients browse, select, and pay via unattended card-based POS. No pharmacist present at the point of sale is required for non-scheduled retail products.
MedyBOX™ does not dispense prescription medicines. It does not sell scheduled medicines (S2, S3, S4, S8). It is a retail access platform — not a dispensing system, not a prescription collection system, and not a substitute for pharmacist practice.

The product range in MedyBOX™ is selected and managed by the pharmacist. This is not a vending machine stocked by a third party. The pharmacist applies their professional judgement to curate a range that is appropriate for their community, their patients, and their pharmacy.
Typical product categories include general health and wellness essentials, personal care, vitamins and supplements, first aid, and convenience health items. All products are non-scheduled — no prescription medicines, no S2, S3, S4, or S8 products.
